QuickType Keyboard

More often than not, my options on the QuickType keyboard disappear when I open messages or any other app that uses the keyboard to type something. Is this a common issue?

Can't say it has happened to me. Could try hard-resetting your phone.

What iOS are you running? I had that problem, but 8.3 seemed to fix it.

If you're running 8.3, then I'll keep my eyes open for the issue to pop up again.

Thank you for the responses. I am running 8.3. I recently had my iPhone 6 replaced so I did an iCloud restore. Was having same issue on previous iPhone and iOS software. Just was wondering if it was a common issue. As soon as I start typing around the second word the quick type options start to appear, but like I said before, if I don't use the keyboard for a bit the issue will resurface again.

Well, I just did a test. Yes, it seems to be intermittent: I have that issue too.

It's annoying, yeah, but when I pulled up another text conversation and came back to the first one, the words came up. Try not to worry about it... There's PLENTY of little things to get annoyed about in iOS8.
