I'm running public beta 2 (also noticed this on beta 1) when I plug in the wired earbuds from my iPhone I notice my audio is very quiet compared to 10.13.

Anyone know if there is a fix of this?

What is 'quiet audio'? In my perception my first thought was that you have little rumble or hissing. So improved quality. But from your post I understand it is something else.
Do you mean that the level of the audio is too low? Too few decibels? Does this system have a limit set on the output?

It's not as loud as before. Basically me putting the volume at 100% in 10.14 sounds like 50% in 10.13. It is system wide, not a single app. All system sounds, videos, music. Everything is just more quiet than it used to be.

At 100% it used to be too loud, and I could hear sound from the tiny earbuds even though they were no where near my ears. Now I need it at 100% to hear anything.
