Is it possible to have siri's volume turned down? When you hold down the home button and it beeps twice, it's always at full volume. Then if she reads anything back it's at full volume too, even though I have ringer all the way down and my mute toggle switch on.

Anyone else think siri is too loud?

There's a thread or three around here about Siri being loud. It's a known issue & very likely to be a bug.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

Siri is using the speaker function which is arguably louder than previous iPhones. Possibly, at a later date post beta, turning the volume down wi be possible. For now, hold the phone to your ear and Siri will not activate the speaker and will be the volume of a normal call.
