Quiet voice in movies?

Hi all

experiencing an issue where movies seem to have low volume voices but high sfx etc… only been happening since the latest TV update, anyone else experiencing this?

I'm running the latest tvOS on my Apple TV 4K and haven't experienced this issue.

what are you using to make the sound? TV speakers? Sound bar?

normally "low volume voices but lots of other sounds" means you're missing the center channel of audio.

try rebooting everything. TV, aTV, and other gear
unplug and replug the HDMI cable to make sure it's seated well

I will try this later 👍 it’s only through the TV speakers, through HomePod it’s perfect…
