Quit All Open Apps Shortcut

Does anyone know of a keyboard shortcut to quit all open apps. I know command Q will quit the front app, but sometimes I have many apps open and would like to quit them all.

A way to come close would be to hit command + tab and press 'q' until all your apps quit.

I use command-tab to switch apps, but didn't think to move my finger over one key and hit the Q.
