I am in the market for a new MacBook and I am going to buy the middle model. I did some research and made some phone calls out found out a few things. I found I could get could one refurbished for $1099 an over all 16% deal. Obviously thats an awesome deal but, my brother is an apple retail employee. He could get a 15% deal on one or a yearly 25% off. But here is the catch. He doesn't know if the yearly discount is calendar year or year from purchasing one. He won't go back to work either for 2 weeks so I was wondering if anyone had any eperiance with this and could tell me how it works. Id rather not wait to buy one but if it saves me $150 its worth it. Thanks!
