I currently have a jailbroken iPhone 4. (No problems at all) And I'm using the cydia app called "Time Of Day" which, of course automatically shifts wallpaper and gives you:

Sunrise 4am-9am
Morning 9am-12 or 1...(not sure)
Daylight ?-to 6pm
Sunset 6pm-8pm
Night 8pm-4am

I also downloaded iFile. And with this particular app, is there an easy way to go into the coding (i.e., Themes>Time Of Day>Sunrise, Sunset, etc) and alter the sunrise, sunset times?

For EXAMPLE: if, during the winter months, I wanted the "night" wallpaper to show at 6pm (instead of 8pm), could this be changed?

Please let me know. Thanks so much! :)

IMPORTANT: I do realize there are other apps such as "Time Of Day-24", "BossPaper", etc where you can have the wallpaper change at diff intervals....however, either I never seem to have any luck with getting "BossPaper to change when I want it to or I just don't like all the wallpapers that come with the other. This particular app is my favorite and since I have access to some of the coding of it, it would be nice to know if I can alter it's times or not.
