Quticktime Broadcaster is working, # of Users is stuck at 0

I am broadcasting successfully, Manual Unicast, however the # of users is stuck at 0. I have confirmed that we have listeners through feedback. Was working about 2 weeks ago, however we had a power outage and the stream was down for a few days until it got working again

Have rebooted the machine as well.

Thanks for the help.
