qwertZ layout does not understand Mac shortcuts anymore

Hello.

I changed my keyboard from qwertY to qwertZ but now I cant acces to symbols I could. I took some time to learn new Mac shortcuts and to get used to a layout. But now with qwertZ layout I am back on the pc shortcuts now thus only just some of them work like crtl+v is @ instead of option+2.
I cant acces apostrophe on number 7 (not even with pc shortcut I am trying).

Can I have qwertZ keyboard but with all Mac shortcuts?

I purchased Mac and I want Mac commands! (but with qwertZ layout)
