Gwen Ifill died from cancer today (Nov 14, 2016). Despite suffering, she never lost that incredible smile.

Her show the Newshour did an hour long remembrance, showcasing her incredibly wide career and legions and friends.

I will miss you Gwen.
We morn your loss.

Yes she was....however I would not shed tears for Wolf Blitzer, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly or Lou Dobbs if they were struck with cancer.

We can't afford the loss of such a classy lady in this business. Hers is a loss that will definitely be felt, as I do not see anybody that can fill her shoes in the immediate future.
