Racing Game

Could anyone recommend a Racing Game/ Driving Simulator that has:

- steering wheel/pedal peripheral compatibility
- a free drive mode, where there player can simply drive without any objectives, distractions, etc.

I strongly prefer OSX, but if there are no options, I am open to Windows suggestions.
