MP 7,1 Rack Rails Depth Question

Hi there,

Apples design page says the "tool-less slide rails support the most common rack sizes and depths."

I am just wondering if anyone knows what these depths are?

I have a relatively shallow rack (400mm rail to rail) and am just curious as to whether the rails will likely fit it or not.
