RADAR Bug Reporter —*Do you refile bugs when the second beta is released?

As the title states, in Apple's RADAR bug reporting system, when the second beta, or those after, is released what do you do with your bug reports that exist from the first build? Do you refile them with the second beta's build number or do you update the first bug to state that it still exists in the second beta?

Edit: Sorry about the * in the title, somehow I pressed that instead of space...
