Radeon 9800 DVD Playback problems

I know there was a hotfix for os 10.3.3 for Radeon owners and apple DVD player 4.0 however, the problem is back in 10.3.4. Does anyone out there know how to remedy the error for playback choppiness and blocky output for a Radeon 9800 in 10.3.4. Thanks!

Hotfix a no go

As far as I know, you cannot install the hot fix. If you run a google search for Radeon and DVD and 10.3.4 macfixit has a link that adresses the playback with the 9800 in 10.3.4 but...its for pay subscribers only. Does anyone know what the fix is???
