Looks like $99 or $125 with Gorilla glass screen cover, very nice! At least these are the prices for the I4 versions

This was a kickstarter project that got funded. They showed a video of them chucking it on the ground with an IPhone in it and it was fine.
May be a bit bulky though, especially at the sides where your thumb would rest.
I think they were going for about $80-100.
