Radio alarm clock that actually works?

It's 2018. Are we still stuck with Alarm clock/radio apps that need to be in the foreground in order to work? I just want to set an alarm and wake up to an Internet radio station. I also use another alarm clock app for sleep tracking, which that must be in the foreground but doesn't have an Internet radio option.

Is this possible at all yet? Are there any apps that allow this?
