Apps Radio app just says “sign in” which I am…

On my series 6, clicking the radio app it says “sign in on your Apple Watch app with your Apple ID”. which I am.

I’ve restarted both watch and iPhone 12, but still says the same. Is this supposed to work in UK and on non cellar Apple watches as my is just WiFi version?

Is it any different app to Apple Music, I’ve never been able to sign in.

It is available in the UK according to the support article below. Are you trying to listen to the radio while connected to a wi-fi network?

I’m at home, so on WiFi and just says the message to sign in.

I’ve never used it tbh, and was looking and saw and tapped on it but can’t use. I wondered if it wasn’t available in UK or you had to have Apple Music subscription, but I have that.
