Radio for my Mac?

Does anyone have any knowledge of a device such as this one: http://www.amazon.com/Tuner-Radio-C...?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1234659289&sr=1-28 That I can plug into my Mac in order to listen to the radio without the need of a wifi or internet connection?

RadioShark might be what you're looking for. Complaints are around reception, but that seems to be very dependent on your location.
