Has there been word if Radio Shack will have phones for walk-ins? I'm sure it varies, but has anyone called their local stores and gotten a good idea?

I'm in NYC and have 2 rather close to me, but if it doesn't work out I'm thinking about getting to Fifth Ave. at about midnight tomorrow.

When they called to tell me my reserved iPhone will be available on the 24th, the manager also added that he had an extra in case I knew anyone that was looking. My guess is that some stores will, some stores won't.

According to the manager at mine, they will have walk-in iPhone 4's because he didn't allow for pre-orders to be taken.
