Radio station copies iPod TV Ad

Just saw this on TV...several times in the past few days. The station is somewhere closeby in PA. They apparently put the same ad on their website. Um, Apple Legal?

I don't see anything wrong. I think it would be a waste of time and money for Apple to go after this.

a clever way of getting free advertisment is to rip off some other companys advert

MMR is a pretty decent station out of Philly (but its still no Y100). I don't think Apple legal will mind this. Its not much different than what Conan and Letterman do.
