RadioShack or Ebay?

So I'm running my 3GS with the 4.0 GM software. I was interested in getting the new phone but it's going to run me $400 unfortunately. Anyways, I've been following RadioShack's trade in deal and it seems appealing. However, do you guys think it is worth it to wait for the unlock to be released so I could sell it on ebay? Thanks for your input.

you may be able to sell it for more locally, even without unlocking it. maybe try that?
