radioshack verizon is unlock ?

Problem is, Target does not sell with a contract.. only Best buy for $50 over retail
I hate to be a bad guy here but there's plenty of threads with hundreds of posts discussing the same thing.
Verizon 6 and 6 plus is gsm unlocked from the get go. It doesn't matter where it's bought from. It's even unlocked under contract.
In addition to this, att/tmobile iPhones bought full price from the apple store are unlocked.
To save people trouble just get a Verizon one. It's the most flexible in the us

the seller in best buy put my Israeli nano sim and it's doesn't show the LTE 4G
and he said that in Israel it's doesn't gonna work in the local carrier net.. weired
what about att full price no contract? Verizon is better?
For your purpose they're both the same. Please check what bands you'll need for Israel to see if the us iPhone will be compatible. Go to the apple website to check. It's all there. Really.
If u buy from the apple store yes. If from a carrier or retail it'll still be locked initially to att
