RadTech iPod Sleevz - Stretching - Shrink back to size?

Hello -

I'm a big fan of RadTech's iPod Sleevz, the little thin all-over soft cases they make for iPods of various shapes and sizes.

I noticed recently that my 4G case is beginning to stretch a bit.

Anyone have any experience with this or a recommendation for shrinking them back to size a bit?

The instructions say they are hand-washable and low-heat dry-able (even can be ironed), but don't make any illusions to shrinking...

Obviously, I didn't want to try any washing/drying experiments out of the blue.
