Here's the situation:

I'd ordered some Radtech's product for my iPad on 4/18, and they said those are pre-order, will ship it on 4/26

i choose FedEx International Priority, it takes about 2~3 business days, so I supposed to receive my packages on 4/29~4/30.

I was concerning about my packages, and I don't know why can't check those info in my account(no order history), and I even don't know my ship#. So I wrote a email to Radtech's accounting and order, try to find some help. And the result is, they didn't reply my email until I called them many times.

They said they will update my account then I can see the order status, but they didn't.

They said they will send me an email including my ship# yesterday afternoon, but they didn't.

So I am here to ask those who had every bought their product's customer, how's their service? Because I am really confused, I saw many people likes Radtech's product and said their service is excellent and ships very fast. But how come I had a totally different experience with them(Radtech)? They won't contact me if I don't ask, no one tell me the shipment will be delayed, even I contact them, it TOTALLY DOESN'T WORK, I still don't know where is my package, and I wait for them for a long long time.:mad:
