Raid Enclosure

Im looking for an eSATA raid device that contains either 4 bay or 8 bay. I recently found this enclosure and i like it a lot. Will this be compatible with my new mac pro although the software is windows only? if so, what would i need to do to make this work if possible?

I'd be a bit worried that you wouldn't be able to control the RAID set-up with Windows-only software. You might look for another that uses a web-browser based interface for setting up. This is reasonably common for more and more devices as it essentially does away with platform dependence.
