I have two FireWire hard drives that are RAIDed together as part of a concatenated set (ie. they appear as a single, large drive). My computer crashed and I had to do a hard reset (held the power button until it switched off, then powered back on). My RAID is no longer mounting!
Both drives appear in Disk Utility as having a RAID Slice, but the combined volume isn't there. First Aid doesn't seem to be available. It appears that the system has "forgotten" that the disks are "linked" and seems to be seeing them as two parts of a RAID but doesn't know that they're supposed to go together.
How can I restore this "link" and mount my volume again?
Thanks
Edit: Crisis averted, the volume popped back up after 10-15 minutes of "thinking"
