RAID on High Sierra?

I asked this on the High Sierra forum but didn't get a confirmation or not, but does APFS support RAID? I tried to install the beta onto my existing RAID-0 and got a message saying it wasn't possible, but what if you recreate the RAID from scratch in the installer with APFS will it work? thanks
