raid w/ usb 3.0

i'm looking for a raid enclosure that's not difficult to manage and pretty reliable. i'm actually selling my drobo, so please don't recommend that. i prefer something that isn't proprietary. cheap would be ideal, as i can't afford to spend a lot. something that just an enclosure ~$200 or less, and if it includes storage space, maybe ~$300 or less.

any recommendations?

i use one of these.

it's been pretty reliable. no problems so far.
it's a little more than you want to spend, but you should be able to get it for under $300, although that's without drives.
