I have a 500GB RAID (2x 250GB) hooked up to my PowerBook through eSATA and a cardbus adapter. Up until now, everything has worked perfectly, it has always mounted properly, and i have never had any troubles with it, but all of a sudden tonight, i hook it up and am greeted with a kernel panic.
After going through several kernel panics, i was finally able to get it hooked up with out a kernel panic, but it isn't mounted. I opened up disk utility, which at first, did recognize the array, but it wouldn't let me access it, and the individual slices showed up as being mounted. So I unmounted them, but then it stopped recognizing the array, so i restarted and tried again, and now, i can't get disk utility to recognize anything. The only place the drives show up is under the ATA tab on the system profiler, aside from that, nothing else seems to be working now.
Is there anyone who knows how to get this to mount properly? I have hundreds of GBs of data on there that I cannot lose, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
