Railroad tycoon 3 camera problems....doing my head in

Hi, I recently purchased railroad tycoon which I have been playing a lot over the last couple of days. I have had no problems with it but all of a sudden the camera angles are messed up past a certain scenario.

I really don't know what to do, has anyone else had this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
