I have this app and it pretty much nails when rain will start, not sure if the timer starts for drizzle or just light rain but anything substantial is instantly caught and it gives you an exact time and updates every few minutes.
About time they came up with something like this!
The background changes from "general rain" to lightning bolts when there is a bad storm coming. Nice!
