Just thought I would share this with people.

All you need to do is replace "applelogo.tif" with THIS.
Code:
/System/Library/CoreServices/SecurityAgentPlugins/loginwindow.bundle/Contents/Resources
(open a finder window and hit CMD+SHFT+G and paste the path in)
make sure to backup the original

If you want to make your own Login Screen Logo, just make sure the file is a 90px by 90px .tif file with the name applelogo.tif.

I don't see it.
 
I really wish Apple had stayed with the original logo - I loved the little embedded coulour apples on my monitors and desktops :(

Thanks - added to my rainbow boot logo - now I have only to make some little embossed ones to stick on everything .....
