iPhone 12 Rainbow effect while scrolling

What is this odd rainbow drag effect while scrolling in iPhone 12? Anything that’s an image look like the tiktok logo.

I noticed the same thing right away. I can see red and blue on text when I’m scrolling.

Only seems to happen when my brightness is all the down though.

As far as I know OLED colors have different reaction times so some colors could be „slower“ when scrolling.

I just switched from an XR to a 12. The deep blacks at night are awesome, but I notice this rainbow effect while scrolling too. Add that to the color shifting when off angle and I’m starting to wonder if it was worth switching from LCD to OLED.
