Raise to Speak

Anyone having issues with Raise to Speak? Since installing OS6 it has not been working. In fact Siri on the watch has been abysmal since installing it. I have tried repairing with no success. I am basically having to yell into the watch to get it to recognize when I am saying.

Wondering if I am alone with this. This in addition to Siri Shortcuts being broken on the watch and HomePod is making for a horrid upgrade.
