Rakuten app for Apple TV

Some apps are region-specific and will not appear as an available purchase/download if the AppleID region does not match the app region.

For example, the Max app is only available for download with an AppleID with its region set to USA.

There is no Rakuten app in USA for Apple TV. There is a Rakuten TV app in Europe, e.g. https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/rakuten-tv/id532577301
