In the US newegg and OtherWorld Computing are good choices, in Canada try CanadaRAM.

I posted this before. I got 4GB of crucial RAM from frys.com for $10 per 1GB after rebate and even before rebate its $65 shipped free. Works perfectly in my macbook

The ram for your ibook will be more expensive. Not sure of the prices as I got mine over a year ago. But I remember the 1GB stick for the ibook cost me more than the 4Gb (2x2GB sticks) for my macbook.
