iPhone X RAM difference between the 3 new iPhones

Do you guys think there’ll be much of a difference with regards to the amount of RAM included in the 3 new iPhones? I wouldn’t be surprised if Apple decided to give the Xr and Xs 3GB and the Xs Max 4GB.
