I'm considering purchasing one of following:

TRANSCEND JetRam 1GB 1024MB DDR2 PC2-5300 667MHz soDIMM 200Pin CL5 128Mx8 8Chips Memory Module

TRANSCEND 1GB DDR2 PC5300 667MHz soDIMM 200Pin 64bit 1.8V CL5 64Mx8 Notebook Memory

What's the difference and are they compatible with my mac:
