RAM for eMac 700 Mhz?

Hi Guys,
I want to buy another RAM for my eMac 700 Mhz.Cuurently,I have a 128 MB RAM.So I wanted to buy a 256 MB or 512 MB one. Do you know what type of the good RAM that I can purchase?
