RAM for IBOOK 500

Hi,

I have an IBOOK 500 with 64+256 of RAM.
I talked to Mac stores in Sydney and they say they don't have the 512 RAM for my old IBOOK and quote AU$260 for a third party one. It seems very expensive. Can you guys help me with finding a cheaper 512?

Also, I am after an External Firewire Drive (200-300GB). Any suggestion?
I use my IBOOK for music.
