I actually saw the ad in a forum banner and gave it a shot.

there's a 4gb kit of ddr3 for the new MBP for $82.90, compared to 139 for ramjet. any idea if they're a solid company, or is ramjet the way to go?
 
I don't have any experience with this company, but did you compare rates at datamem.com or macsales.com? Data Memory (datamem) and OWC (macsales) are well known for the quality of products they sell, along with warranties and good prices. Data Memory also tests the RAM they sell and claim compatibility with Mac models only if they're truly compatible.
