HI! everyone

I had Mac Pro Xeon 2x3.00Ghz, 8.GB Ram running latest Bootcamp 3.x with Windows 7 Ultimate english Version 32Bit, for some reason i see on my computer information show Ram only:
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00GB (1.99 GB usable)

what is that mean? is that mean is not all the ram? why? and is there a way tho fix it?

thankx.

First off you're running the 32bit version of win7 which can only access ram < 4 gig. You'll need the 64bit version of windows to have access to the full 8 gig of ram.

secondly I'm not quite sure where you're looking but I presume task manager. There's other area's like about my computer to show installed ram (I'm going on memory here. I don't have access to windows 7 at work.)

The bottom line is right now your computer under windows 7 32bit cannot access all of your installed ram.
