All three came w/ PC3 DDR3 chips w/ an increase in speeds as the models got newer.

2010 / 2011 / 2012
PC3-8500 DDR3 / PC3-10600 DDR3 / PC3-12800 DDR3

As long as the same type/speed chips are the same in any of the three Mini's are they interchangeable between machines?
