A lot of sites I've seen are quoting the 4S to having 1GB of Ram but nowhere in the Apple presentation was I given the slightest impression they updated that aspect of the device. Arn has said on here that it would, and I trust him, but is there a definite post somewhere that says it does?

Maybe I should just wait for iFixit

Coming from an OG Droid. Happy to join the iPhone :)
