I have a 12" powerbook 1.5GHz that has 512 Mb RAM. I have taken out the 256 added and am trying to replace it with a 1 Gb PNY piece I bought from NewEgg. I used the NewEgg system to make sure it was compatable.
When I try to put the new piece in, the notch (about 1/5th from right edge) isn't lining up with the notch on the old 256 Samsung RAM, and so it won't fit. Am I doing something wrong or have I been sent the wrong RAM?
