Recently I've been having occasional kernel panic's and decided to start testing my RAM to see if that might be the culprit. Running Memtest 86 off a CD, I've done a number of tests, and get a number of RAM errors each time I try it. I've tried the following configurations:
1. All slots occupied, running as normal
2. One pair in A1, A2
3. Another pair in A1, A2
4. A fourth pair in A1, A2
5. Single DIMM in A1
6. Swapped lower Riser to top, single DIMM in A1
Does anyone have any ideas? Or are these errors not serious when in a low quantity (<100 per pass).
Thanks!
