Is there any good research, surveys or test results that compare stats on RAM Manufacturers DDR3?

I'd bet you'll never get a noticeable performance difference by varying manufacturers.

Even then, brands can have multiple manufacturers depending on the production run of the DIMMs, so finding Samsung chips on a Crucial stick, for instance may not always happen...

There is not a site that I know of that specifically compares chip manufacturers.

I think the best you'll be able to find is benchmarks of different mobo/chipset comparisons and the RAM they use there.

To echo what NewMacbookPlz has said, you most likely wont notice a performance increase due to who manufactured it.
