I tried to switch my brother's WhiteBook RAM from the standard 512 that came with the computer to aftermarket 2 Gigs, and something went wrong. I can hear the computer attempt to start up up, but nothing else happens. I did this with my computer, and everything was fine. I even put his old RAM back in, but it's still making that noise?? What did I do? Maybe the RAM is not locked in correctly? Please help!
