RAM Question for Westmere

Hi guys, I have a 3.33 Mac Pro shipping soon and I'm not sure what's the best deal out there for RAM.

I had a i7 2012 Mac Mini and that thing used around 16GB on normal use (not sure why) so I'm thinking to get at least 16GB for the pro.

What's the best deals out there and where should I purchase it?
