Anyone? Rumors had it pegged at 1GB. I'm seeing others speculating it at 512!

It is probably 512 (though I wouldn't mind 1gb), just because the phone won't need any more than that. Unlike Android phones...
 
I guess we'll find out for sure after they tear down the 4S once it's released. I always like those teardowns to see how the phone looks like on the inside.
 
If I recall, they didn't mention RAM last year either, and then we were all wondering if they bumped it to 512 or not.

Apple tends to not mention RAM on their iOS devices, now that I'm thinking about it.

I'm guessing it's 512, because that's what iPad 2 has, and iPad 2 is very fast. I wouldn't mind a bump but at the same time I'm not sure I'd even notice it. I'm not sure if the apps that are out now really demand more.
